ROMBAUER VINEYARDS WINE DINNER
Rombauer Vineyards, specifically the Rombauer family, has a passion and appreciation for the intimate relationship between food and wine. Rombauer Vineyards has been in the wine business for over 40 years and it shows with their wonderfully crafted array of wines. Annually we show our gratitude for their winery with our Rombauer Wine Dinner.
Enjoy a decadent five-course dinner that our very own Chef Eric Kish has created to pair with the 5 Rombauer wines we will be tasting throughout the evening. Our final course will be a special dessert created by one of our owners (and Pastry Chef) Betsy Barone.
COURSE ONE
Rombauer Sauvignon Blanc paired with our creamy and chunky Lobster Bisque
COURSE TWO
Rombauer Chardonnay paired with a Crab Stuffed Flounder finished in a Lobster Chardonnay Sauce
COURSE THREE
Rombauer Merlot paired with an Asparagus and Bleu Cheese Stuffed Beef Tenderloin that is finished with a Mushroom Cream Sauce
COURSE FOUR
Rombauer Cabernet Sauvignon paired with Grilled Baby Lamb Chops finished with a Raspberry Cabernet Drizzle
COURSE FIVE
Rombauer Zinfandel served with a dessert by Betsy’s pastries
